Terms of Service
Effective June 10, 2024
Please read these terms carefully
Digital-asset transactions and time-based plans involve financial, technical, counterparty, liquidity, operational, and regulatory risks. Do not use funds you cannot afford to lose. Nothing in the service should be understood as risk-free.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to vaultgrow.app, the VaultGrow Android application, payment and withdrawal features, WhatsApp support, and related services. By creating an account, selecting a plan, making a payment, or otherwise using VaultGrow, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not create an account, send funds, or use the service.
2. Eligibility and local law
- You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
- You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
- You may use VaultGrow only where the service and related cryptocurrency activity are lawful.
- You are responsible for determining whether your use complies with local laws, tax rules, foreign-exchange rules, and financial regulations.
- VaultGrow may restrict countries, users, payment methods, limits, or features where required for security, provider rules, or legal compliance.
3. Account registration and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your email, WhatsApp account, device, authentication methods, and app lock secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Never disclose verification codes, passwords, PINs, recovery information, or private wallet keys. VaultGrow support will not ask for a private key or wallet seed phrase.
4. Plans
Available plans, durations, accepted amounts, displayed profit, completion dates, cancellation rules, and other conditions are shown inside the app before payment. The details confirmed at activation form part of these terms for that plan.
Plan activation
A plan starts only after VaultGrow receives and verifies successful payment confirmation from the selected provider.
Plan completion
Eligible capital and profit become available according to the confirmed plan details and completion status shown in the app.
Displayed outcomes are not a representation that cryptocurrency activity is guaranteed, insured, risk-free, or equivalent to a bank deposit. Provider outages, legal restrictions, fraud reviews, sanctions screening, network incidents, and other exceptional circumstances may delay or prevent processing.
5. Payments
VaultGrow may accept payments through Binance Pay and supported cryptocurrency checkout providers such as Plisio. These providers offer merchant cryptocurrency-payment services and operate under their own rules and availability. citeturn792049search0turn792049search3
- You must verify the plan, amount, currency, network, and destination before confirming payment.
- A blockchain or provider-confirmed payment may be irreversible.
- Sending the wrong asset, using an unsupported network, underpaying, overpaying, or sending to an incorrect destination may result in loss or delay.
- Payment-provider fees and blockchain-network fees may apply.
- A pending payment does not activate a plan until successful confirmation is received and recorded.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals may be available through Binance Pay or a supported USDT wallet network. You must provide accurate destination information. Cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect Binance Pay ID, account, wallet address, or network may be impossible to recover.
VaultGrow may require WhatsApp verification, identity verification, security review, transaction review, or additional information before processing a withdrawal. Minimums, maximums, fees, supported networks, and processing status are displayed in the app.
7. Emergency cancellation
Where an emergency-cancel option is available, the app will display the eligibility time, processing fee, amount returned, and effect on plan profit before confirmation. A cancelled plan may lose all accrued or displayed profit and may be subject to the stated processing fee.
8. Identity verification and compliance
We may require identity or source-of-funds information before accepting certain payments, increasing limits, or processing withdrawals. We may delay, reject, freeze, reverse where technically possible, or report activity when reasonably required to address suspected fraud, account compromise, sanctions, money laundering, provider rules, court orders, or applicable legal obligations.
9. Prohibited conduct
- Creating duplicate, false, automated, or impersonated accounts.
- Using stolen funds, compromised accounts, fraudulent payment methods, or unlawful proceeds.
- Attempting to exploit plan, payment, withdrawal, pricing, API, or application errors.
- Submitting false identity, destination, ownership, or transaction information.
- Interfering with the app, website, servers, security controls, or third-party providers.
- Using VaultGrow for unlawful, sanctioned, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, provider requirements, legal compliance, investigation, non-payment, breach of these terms, or protection of users and the service.
Account restriction does not automatically eliminate valid legal obligations. Subject to applicable law, verified balances and disputed transactions will be handled according to their status, investigation results, provider records, and these terms.
11. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or other governmental charges arising from your use of VaultGrow.
12. Service availability and changes
VaultGrow may add, remove, pause, or modify plans, limits, providers, networks, fees, features, or availability. Maintenance, provider outages, blockchain congestion, security events, or legal restrictions may interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Intellectual property
VaultGrow branding, application design, website content, software, graphics, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” VaultGrow does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or individualized financial advice. Nothing on the website, in the app, or in support communications should be treated as such advice.
VaultGrow is not represented as a bank account, insured deposit, brokerage account, or government-backed savings product. Cryptocurrency values, networks, providers, and laws can change rapidly.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VaultGrow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by incorrect destination details, third-party providers, blockchain networks, compromised user devices, unauthorized account access, legal restrictions, or events outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service, payment providers, risks, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
